I spent years stuck in the same cycle — losing weight, gaining it back, starting over again and again.
At one point, I was pre-diabetic, constantly exhausted, and trying to take care of everyone else while ignoring myself.
What changed everything wasn’t a new diet or a harder workout — it was learning how to simplify, create balance, and rebuild confidence from the inside out.
That journey became the foundation for Prioritized — a space built to help women stop chasing perfection and start creating consistency that lasts.
Helping women feel strong, capable, and confident — that’s what drives everything I do.
Through coaching and community, I teach women how to move their bodies, nourish themselves, and shift their mindset in ways that actually feel sustainable.

Outside of coaching, I love being on the go with Brandon — whether it’s a weekend getaway, a country concert, or finding a new coffee shop wherever we travel. I’m happiest near the beach, but I also love quiet mornings at home, ice cream, and living life to the fullest.
I believe taking care of your health and enjoying your life should never be at odds — they’re both part of feeling truly balanced.
